Here at Williams, presentation matters and our Valeters play a key role in ensuring every vehicle reflects the high standards our customers expect. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes real pride in detail, enjoys working as part of a team and wants to be part of a professional, premium automotive environment.

Earnings: £27,850 basic salary with total earnings up to £28,750 including achievable performance bonus.

Working Pattern: 42 hour working week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, plus a Saturday morning rota (8:30am - 12:30pm on alternate weeks).

About the Valeter Role: As a Valeter, you’ll be responsible for ensuring customer and company vehicles are prepared, cleaned and presented to an excellent standard. You’ll work closely with the sales, service and aftersales teams, supporting the smooth running of the site and contributing to the overall customer experience, often helping create that all-important first impression. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys practical work, takes ownership of standards and wants a stable role within a respected business.

What you’ll be doing as a Valeter:

  • Valeting and cleaning customer and company vehicles to a high standard
  • Supporting vehicle presentation across the showroom, workshop and forecourt
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of valet and preparation areas
  • Working safely, methodically and with attention to detail
  • Supporting the wider team to ensure vehicles are ready when needed
