About the Drive Through Host / Concierge role
As a Drive Through Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for all service customers, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed and supported throughout their visit. You’ll work closely with Service Advisors, to ensure every vehicle is checked in accurately and every customer receives a smooth, efficient experience. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, well‑presented and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
What you’ll be doing as a Drive Through Host / Concierge
- Greeting customers professionally welcoming all visitors promptly, introducing yourself and confirming their appointment
- Escorting customers to the lounge offering refreshments and ensuring they meet the correct colleague
- Liaising with Service Advisors clearly communicating customer needs and additional work
- Checking in vehicles photographing and recording damage, tagging keys in the security system
- Managing customer flow ensuring no customer is left waiting unnecessarily
- Maintaining vehicle standards, ensuring all cars are clean, parked correctly and ready for handover
- Keeping the working environment tidy
