Based in our new car department at Williams Liverpool, this role offers the chance to lead from the front in a fast-paced, premium retail environment. This is more than a traditional Sales Manager role. At Williams, you’ll lead a team within a high-performing, premium brand environment, supported by strong stock availability, clear processes and a business that invests in both its people and its performance.

You will be on a competitive salary alongside a realistic and achievable commission structure, with an OTE of £86,000 and the opportunity to overachieve and earn up to £100,000.

Working pattern: You will work a 2-week rotating shift pattern, an average of 5 days per week, with a 1-in-2 weekend rota giving you a manageable working pattern.

About the Sales Manager Role: As Sales Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team of Sales Executives, driving performance, professionalism and customer outcomes across a busy new car sales operation. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to execute strategy, maximise profitability and continually improve performance.

What you’ll be doing as Sales Manager:

  • Leading and developing the sales team to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Managing sales performance, stock, margins and FCA compliance
  • Coaching and supporting individuals to develop capability and confidence
  • Driving a professional, customer-first sales culture
  • Contributing to wider business planning and improvement initiatives

  • A full UK driving licence
