This is an influential role within our sales management team, offering responsibility, progression and the opportunity to make a real impact.

Earnings and progression

You’ll earn a competitive salary with a realistic commission structure, delivering OTE of £58,000, with the opportunity to overachieve and earn up to £78,000.

Working Pattern

You will work a 2‑week rotating shift pattern, an average of 5 days a week and you’ll only work every other weekend!

About the Business Manager Role

As New Car Sales Business Manager, you’ll work closely with the Sales Manager and wider sales team to maximise performance, manage finance and insurance processes, and ensure customers receive a confident, transparent buying experience. You’ll take ownership of financial compliance, profitability and customer outcomes, supporting both team development and business performance in line with our premium standards.

What you’ll be doing as a Business Manager

  • Managing the finance and insurance process for new car sales
  • Supporting the sales team to achieve strong commercial and customer outcomes
  • Ensuring full compliance with FCA and regulatory requirements
  • Maximising profitability through value‑added products and services
  • Working closely with leadership to drive performance and continuous improvement

  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence managing finance and insurance processes
  • A professional, customer‑focused approach with high compliance standards
  • The ability to influence, support and develop a sales team
  • FCA awareness
  • A full UK driving licence
