Here at Williams Motor Group, our Customer Service Advisors play a vital role behind the scenes, acting as the first point of contact for customers booking services and supporting the smooth flow of work into our aftersales departments. This is a telephone-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, handling a high volume of calls and working in a structured, professional environment.

Earnings and progression

We offer a competitive salary of £27,600, with the opportunity to earn up to £6,000 in commission each year based on performance. This is a role where strong performance is recognised, giving you the chance to build your earnings over time while developing your skills within a structured, supportive environment.

Working Pattern

This is a full‑time role, averaging around 40 hours per week across Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 8.00am and 6.00pm. You’ll also work Saturday mornings on a 1‑in‑3 rota (8.30am–12.30pm).

About the Customer Service Advisor Role

As a Customer Service Advisor within our bookings team, you’ll manage inbound and outbound calls, arrange service appointments and ensure customer information is captured accurately and efficiently. You’ll work as part of a dedicated bookings function, supporting multiple sites and ensuring customers receive a clear, professional and consistent experience from their first contact with Williams. This is a non‑customer‑facing role, focused entirely on telephone communication, system accuracy and customer support.

What you’ll be doing as a Customer Service Advisor

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a bookings environment
  • Arranging service and aftersales appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Capturing and updating customer details on internal systems
  • Providing clear information and setting expectations with customers
  • Working closely with service and aftersales teams to support daily operations
  • Managing workload professionally in a fast‑paced call‑handling role
