Based in our Used car department at Williams Bolton, this role offers the chance to lead from the front in a fast-paced, premium retail environment. This is more than a traditional Sales Manager role. You’ll lead a team within a high-performing, premium brand environment, supported by strong stock availability, clear processes and a business that invests in both its people and its performance.
Earnings potential & progression
You will be on a competitive salary alongside a realistic and achievable commission structure. With an OTE of £86,000 and the opportunity to overachieve and earn up to £100,000.
Working pattern
You will work a 2-week rotating shift pattern, an average of 5 days per week, with a 1-in-2 weekend rota giving you a manageable working pattern.
About the Sales Manager Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team of Sales Executives, driving performance, professionalism and customer outcomes across a busy used car sales operation. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to execute strategy, maximise profitability and continually improve performance.
