You’ll achieve this with a 2-week rotating shift pattern, an average of 5 days a week and you’ll only work every other weekend, alongside premium facilities and access to prestige cars at a great staff rate.
Earnings and progressionYou’ll start with a competitive salary alongside a realistic and achievable commission structure. As you develop and progress to Senior Sales Executive level, your salary increases, alongside enhanced earning potential and greater reward for performance.
Working patternThe average working week is 40 hours over an average of 5 days a week, including every other weekend, with a day off every week.

You’ll welcome customers, understand what they’re looking for, and guide them through a premium, consultative buying experience from first conversation to handover. This is a role for someone who enjoys people, takes pride in delivering a brilliant experience, and wants to be rewarded for performance. - Understanding customer needs and recommending the right vehicle and finance options
- Delivering confident product demonstrations and test drives
- Managing your pipeline: enquiries, follow-ups, appointments and handovers
- Working towards clear targets and being rewarded for performance
- Keeping accurate paperwork and CRM records (we’ll show you how)
