You’ll achieve this with a 2-week rotating shift pattern, an average of 5 days a week and you’ll only work every other weekend, alongside premium facilities and access to prestige cars at a great staff rate.

You’ll start with a competitive salary alongside a realistic and achievable commission structure. As you develop and progress to Senior Sales Executive level, your salary increases, alongside enhanced earning potential and greater reward for performance.

You’ll be representing some of the UK’s most desirable premium cars, supported by great facilities and a professional, customer-focused environment. You’ll welcome customers, understand what they’re looking for, and guide them through a premium, consultative buying experience from first conversation to handover. What you’ll be doing as our Sales Executive
- Welcoming customers and creating a great first impression in a premium showroom environment
- Understanding customer needs and recommending the right vehicle and finance options
- Delivering confident product demonstrations and test drives
- Managing your pipeline: enquiries, follow-ups, appointments and handovers
- Working towards clear targets and being rewarded for performance
- Keeping accurate paperwork and CRM records (we’ll show you how)
