We are looking for a Head of Enterprise Systems to join us to lead the transformation and management of Williams’ enterprise-wide systems, ensuring our race operations and business functions are powered by a cutting-edge, fully integrated technology ecosystem.
As a pivotal leader, you will drive strategic alignment and innovation across PLM , ERP , MES , and emerging systems like HRIS , enabling Williams to operate at peak performance both on and off the track.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic roadmap leadership : Own and execute the vision for enterprise systems, creating a seamless, future-proof integration between key systems that powers Williams’ operations across engineering, manufacturing, and business functions.
- Business transformation : Play a crucial role in large-scale transformation projects, ensuring our enterprise systems evolve to meet future business demands.
- Vendor and partner management : Build strong, strategic relationships with key vendors and service providers, ensuring Williams leverages best-in-class technology solutions.

The Williams Group is based in a multi-acre complex located in Grove, Oxfordshire. The Williams Group offers a competitive holiday package, staff events/open days, a subsidised restaurant on site, and various car schemes. We have an on-site gym (open 24 hours a day) as well as various fitness classes including outdoor bootcamps, pilates, and yoga free for all staff and contractors to use.
