We are looking for an experienced, highly organised Executive Assistant to join Williams Racing in a pivotal role supporting our Chief Information Officer and the Technology and Operations Group leadership team. This is far more than a traditional EA position. Sitting at the operational heart of the Technology and Operations Group, you will act as a trusted partner and operational lead, owning the function's governance rhythms, driving process excellence, and enabling our leaders to operate at their best.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide dedicated, proactive support to the CIO and Technology and Operations Group leadership team.
- Manage complex calendars, prepare high-quality briefing materials, presentations and correspondence.
- Coordinate Board-level and senior leadership meetings end to end.
- Own and continuously improve the group’s operational rhythm, including reporting cycles, action logs and decision tracking.
- Line-manage an EA/Admin Coordinator.
- Build strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, including Board members, investors and partners.
Qualifications:
- Significant Executive Assistant experience at C-Suite or equivalent senior leadership level.
- Exceptional ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute professionalism.
- Strong communicator, highly organised under pressure, and someone who takes real ownership of the processes and outputs in your remit.
- Experience of line-managing or coordinating a direct report is essential.
- Ability to synthesise complex information into clear, insight-driven briefing materials for senior audiences.
- High proficiency in Microsoft 365 is a given.
- Experience supporting a CIO, CTO or senior technology leader would be a distinct advantage.
- Familiarity with IT governance, digital transformation, or experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Motorsport, sport or engineering backgrounds are particularly welcomed.
