The Partnerships Executive role plays a pivotal role in bringing Williams’ apparel, lifestyle and luxury partnerships to life, driving flawless delivery, standout activations and exceptional partner experiences. This role sits at the heart of turning collaborations into powerful brand moments, ensuring every right is maximised, every partner feels championed, and every project elevates both the Williams brand and its commercial performance.
Main Duties
- Partnership Delivery & Relationship Support: Support day to day management of partners within the apparel, lifestyle and luxury categories. Act as a key point of contact for operational requests, ensuring timely responses and proactive service. Oversee delivery of contractual rights including branding, product integration, content assets, trackside activations and VIP experiences. Maintain partnership trackers, timelines, fulfilment logs and approval workflows.
- Product, Apparel & Collaboration Activation: Coordinate apparel and product based initiatives, including co-branded launches, capsule collections and retail activations. Liaise with Williams’ Licensing, Merchandising, Commercial, Marketing and Creative teams to ensure high quality execution and cohesive storytelling. Manage sample requests, product seeding, athlete/talent allocations, photo approvals and brand compliance.
- Content & Creative Coordination: Support the planning and execution of content featuring lifestyle and luxury partners, including lookbooks, campaign shoots, behind the scenes features and social content. Write or contribute to creative briefs, production schedules and shot lists. Coordinate with the in-house studio, brand, social and comms teams to ensure assets are delivered on time and aligned with partner expectations.
- Event, VIP & Hospitality Support: Assist with premium hospitality delivery at F1 races, factory experiences, brand events, product launches and partner showcases. Coordinate guest itineraries, paddock passes, gifting, apparel, guided tours and coordinated hosting. Ensure all partner guests receive a world class brand experience consistent with the premium positioning of lifestyle and luxury partners.
- Reporting, Insights & Performance: Support the creation of monthly and seasonal reports summarising performance against KPIs, content delivery, brand visibility and experiential outputs. Maintain proof of performance data, imagery and metrics. Provide insights to help refine and evolve partnership activation strategies.
Qualifications
- Essential: Experience in partnerships, brand activation, sports marketing, luxury fashion, lifestyle marketing or relevant client facing roles. Excellent organisation and project management skills with sharp attention to detail. Strong communicator, capable of managing internal and external stakeholders effectively. An understanding of premium brand storytelling, product marketing or luxury positioning. Ability to handle multiple fast moving projects, often across different time zones and event schedules.
- Desirable: Experience working with apparel, retail or lifestyle brands—either in house, at an agency, or within a rights holder. Familiarity with fashion production cycles, fittings, sampling and product approval processes. Experience in high end hospitality or guest hosting. Understanding of F1, premium sports, entertainment or luxury markets.
