Are you a CAD expert ready to drive digital transformation at the cutting edge of motorsport engineering? We are looking for a talented and technically driven CAD Systems Specialist to join our PLM team. In this role, you will take ownership of our Siemens NX environment, leading the design, deployment, and optimisation of our PLM solutions while playing a key part in shaping how we work with CAD, CAE, and CAM workflows across the business.
What you’ll be doing
- You will be the primary technical authority for our CAD implementations and integrations.
- You will design and develop custom plugins, automation scripts, and extensions using NX Open APIs, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- From monitoring system performance to supporting major incidents and driving continuous improvement, this is a role with real breadth and impact.
- You will also play an important part in change management — creating documentation, delivering training, and supporting user adoption to ensure our teams get the very best from our systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading CAD implementations, ideally with Siemens NX.
- Deep understanding of NX and CAD–CAE–CAM workflows.
- Hands‑on experience in NX configuration.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable technical solutions.
- Experience with systems integration, data migration, and enterprise IT environments.
- Proficiency in coding, with knowledge of Python, C#, or Java.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Continuous Improvement programmes.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- A proactive mindset with excellent problem‑solving ability.
