Williams , an independent trade-only plumbing and heating merchant, we're looking for a Branch Assistant to join our busy and friendly team in

Worthing !

This is a varied and active role which includes

serving customers on the trade counter and over the phone, assisting with warehouse duties , and delivery driving

(if you drive, not essential).

As our Customer Service Assistant, you'll be

  • Maintaining the warehouse, including stock rotation and general housekeeping.
  • Serving on the trade counter and handling incoming enquiries.
  • Accurately picking orders in preparation for delivery.
  • Carrying out deliveries in the local area (if qualified).
  • Receiving, checking and storing incoming goods.
  • Assisting with the general upkeep of the branch.
  • Processing quotes.
