Here at Williams, an independent trade-only plumbing and heating merchant, we’re looking for a Driver & Branch Assistant to join our busy and friendly team in Cambridge.
This is a varied and active role which includes:
- Predominantly delivery driving (70%)
- Occasionally assisting with warehouse duties (15%)
- Serving customers on the trade counter and over the phone (15%)

As our Driver & Branch Assistant, you’ll be:
- Predominantly delivering plumbing and heating products to our trades customers in the local area.
- Maintaining the warehouse, including stock rotation and general housekeeping.
- Serving on the trade counter and handling incoming enquiries.
- Accurately picking orders in preparation for delivery.
- Receiving, checking and storing incoming goods.
- Assisting with the general upkeep of the branch.
- Processing quotes.
