As a HGV Driver based in Inverness you’ll be responsible for:
- Driving an 18 tonne truck
- Delivering materials to building sites, which includes loading and unloading vehicles
- Supplying on-site deliveries to branches
- Ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently
- Providing exceptional customer service when dealing with plumbers on-site
- Calling into the office with any delivery issues, keeping the transport team up to date
This is a full-time, permanent role working 42.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous HGV driving experience
- Excellent communication skills and to be able to build strong relationships with customers
- A class 2 license
- A digital taco card and to have completed your CPC training
