As an Operations Assistant based in Perth, you’ll be responsible for:
- Building rapport with customers & suppliers, responding to any queries and processing sales.
- Serving customers at the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge.
- General warehouse duties including goods in & out, picking and packing customer orders and merchandising.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week: either 7.00am - 4.00pm or 8.00am - 5.00pm, every other Saturday morning 8.00am - 12 noon once fully trained.
Here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Previous experience within a merchant or retail would be ideal; however, not essential as full training can be provided.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence building relationships with customers.
- Having FLT licences and experience will be ideal.
