As a Showroom Sales Advisor based in Tain, you'll be responsible for:

  • Dealing with customers in the showroom on a face to face basis and also phone and email
  • Taking time to go over their needs and wants for their bathrooms
  • Suggest products, styles and colours to suit the customer needs
  • Complete designs and quotes for customers
  • Building relationships with trade customers to guarantee future sales
  • Seeing all processes through from start to finish and dealing with any after sales issues that may arise

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm and every other Saturday 08.00am – 12.00pm.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Previous bathroom showroom knowledge would be great but not necessary as training will be provided
  • Excellent communication skills and passionate about delivering results and providing great customer satisfaction
  • Creative ability to plan/design bathrooms
  • Ability to discuss a customer’s ideas, flesh out suggestions, describe products, identify opportunities for extra sales and develop the ability to match products to the customer needs
  • Computer literacy
