As a Showroom Sales Advisor based in Tain, you will be responsible for:
- Dealing with customers in the showroom on a face-to-face basis and also via phone and email
- Taking time to go over their needs and wants for their bathrooms
- Suggesting products, styles and colours to suit the customer needs
- Completing designs and quotes for customers
- Building relationships with trade customers to guarantee future sales
- Seeing all processes through from start to finish and dealing with any after sales issues that may arise
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm and every other Saturday 08.00am – 12.00pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Previous bathroom showroom knowledge would be great but not necessary as training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills and passionate about delivering results and providing great customer satisfaction
- Creative ability to plan/design bathrooms
- Ability to discuss a customer’s ideas, flesh out suggestions, describe products, identify opportunities for extra sales and develop the ability to match products to the customer needs
- Computer literacy
