As a Senior Sales Advisor based in Inverness you’ll be responsible for: Handling customer queries and provide solutions, including sourcing, quoting, and managing special orders Proactively contacting customers to build relationships and drive branch sales particularly focusing on customers with reduced or inactive spending Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product developments, market trends, and industry changes Coordinating with suppliers to source materials, check availability, and negotiate costs. Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.
