As an Operations Assistant based in Fort William you’ll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers at the trade counter, providing prompt and efficient service while building strong relationships.
  • Carrying out general warehouse tasks, including booking in stock, putting stock away into designated locations and maintaining high standards within the warehouse.
  • Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 5pm.

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, including the completion of necessary training (forklift licence training will be provided).
  • Confidence when engaging with customers and delivering outstanding customer service.
