As a Showroom Consultant based in Dundee, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Welcoming and assisting customers in the bathroom showroom, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products to suit their requirements.
  • Showroom designs using CAD system.
  • Responding to customer queries via phone and email with a proactive, friendly approach and delivering outstanding service.
  • Proactively generating sales leads to drive new business opportunities for the showroom.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised showroom that showcases our product range in the best possible way.

This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week, 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday and every Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm with Time in Lieu.

Here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Previous experience in the industry or a showroom environment is beneficial but not essential — full training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on achieving results and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Confidence in discussing customer ideas, explaining product features and matching products to customer needs.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Basic computer literacy.
