We also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more.As a Warehouse Operative/Delivery Driver 3.5t based in Cupar/Fife, you’ll be responsible for: Driving a 3.5t automatic van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies to local customers - generally within a 30 mile radius Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing advice and product recommendationsResponding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitudeEnsuring that all incoming deliveries comply with the delivery paperwork, handle discrepancies appropriately and put stock away in the warehousePicking and packing items to fulfil customer requirements which will involve manual handling of heavy items e.g. boilers, sinks, radiators, and toiletsThis is a Full Time permanent position working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday 08.00am - 5.00 pm and Saturday on a rota basis 09.00am - 12.00pm.And here’s what we’d like you to have:A Full UK Driving Licence is essentialPlumbing & Heating knowledge is advantageous Prior multi-drop experience is preferential Previous Face to Face sales and customer service experienceWarehouse experienceThe ability to deliver outstanding customer serviceTo be a team player who is happy to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branchEagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethicWe look forward to receiving your application!
