Customer Service Administrator - Cumbernauld (G67 3HX) - William Wilson - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

As a Customer Service Administrator based in Cumbernauld, you’ll be responsible for:
- Processing sales orders received daily
- Answering calls from contractors, end users and drivers pertaining to daily deliveries
- Making pre delivery calls to end users to ensure access for deliveries
- Filing paperwork according to guidelines
- Posting materials to end users
- Attending to callers when picking up materials for install
- Buying materials from supplier buying reports
- Completing a H&S course to ensure safe working
This is a 6 month fixed term contract working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm.
