We are looking for a Part Time Permanent Warehouse/Delivery Driver to join the team in our Holland Arms Garden Centre.
Hours: 16 per week over 2 days (Thursday & Friday).
Pay: £12.75 per hour.
Age requirement: Must be 25 years or over due to insurance restrictions.
Role
As a Warehouse/Delivery Assistant you will play a critical role in the smooth and safe operation of our Warehouse and Goods-in area, as well as carrying out customer deliveries. Safe vehicle operation and excellent customer skills will be essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Receiving and booking in deliveries including updates to our EPOS system
- Maintaining warehouse standards and general housekeeping
- Merchandising stock
- Carrying customer deliveries
- Any other duties associated with a retail environment
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Full understanding of safe warehouse operation and manual handling
- Forklift Licence and Driving Licence
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail when checking stock
- Hardworking
- Shift flexibility, including weekends
