Position Overview

EYFS / KS1 Teaching Assistants – Grade 4, 15 hours per week, PM only. The Governors wish to appoint an outstanding practitioner to join our KS1 / Early Years team at William Stockton Primary School.

Responsibilities

You will play a vital role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of our pupils. You will work closely with the classroom teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment and will need to have good communication skills to support the children and families in our school.

Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience of working in a school setting and having recent Early Years or Key Stage 1 experience is desirable. It would strengthen your application if you had an understanding of working with SEND children and adapting the full curriculum to support all children to succeed. Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively and manage various responsibilities is desired.
