About the role
Our Operations Support team plays a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly across the business, serving as the glue between our bakery and our customers. From supporting our retail shops and franchise partners to assisting our production and delivery teams, this role focuses on providing efficient, friendly, reliable and consistent support every day.
Key responsibilities
- Support a selection of our Convenience Store customers through accurate data entry and order processing using our internal ordering system
- Answer phone calls from both internal teams and external customers, providing solutions to business and customer enquiries
- Prepare and organise daily production reports for the Bakery
- Carry out general administrative duties such as filing, laminating, and printing
What we’re looking for
Previous administration experience is ideally sought - but what we really value is your attitude and reliability. Full training will be provided.
- Quick to learn our products; retail operations; processes
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, ideally with previous admin experience
- Excellent numeracy and accuracy skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Good computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong keyboard accuracy
- A positive, approachable, and friendly demeanour with a professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- A team player who enjoys supporting others, but also capable of working independently with strong self-motivation
