William Smith Heating Solutions Scotland Ltd are a local company currently looking for a qualified central heating installation engineer.
Must have experience in installations of domestic boilers and heating systems.
Responsibilities
- Install a wide product range of Worcester Bosch products efficiently.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is completed and returned as required.
- Communicate effectively at all levels and provide feedback to improve customer service.
- Educate customers on appliance specifications and user instructions, diplomatically conveying any concerns regarding the installation.
- Promote a lasting professional image of the company at all times by providing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum gas qualifications CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, HTR1.
- Full time position within the company.
- Vehicle (full clean driving licence preferable) and uniform provided.
- Basic understanding of heating designs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be computer literate.
- Ability to work under own initiative and flexible and adaptable.
- Must be fully time served.
- Only individuals; self-employed, Heat teams, or service engineers not considered.
