You'll take ownership of supply chain and packaging solutions for major manufacturing projects, shaping everything from inbound logistics and internal material flow to packaging strategy, storage design, process optimisation and production support. If you're the kind of engineer who enjoys designing and developing systems, solving complex logistics challenges and influencing projects from concept through to production, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact.

  • Create efficient material and information flows across manufacturing operations
  • Define packaging specifications and logistics strategies
  • Optimise stock levels, lead times and storage solutions
  • Work closely with manufacturing, purchasing and project teams
  • Support new product introduction and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Drive productivity, quality and operational performance improvements
  • Be customer facing and ability to positively influence
  • Showcase VSM - (value stream mapping) ability and train fellow team members
  • Work with Developmental NPI teams to effectively collaborate

This is a role that combines engineering, logistics, project management and problem solving in equal measure.
