A dynamic growing professional services firm with international reach is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager. The firm is entering a new phase of growth, requiring enhanced operational scalability and transformation capability. You will manage the Firm’s experienced hire recruitment activity, ensuring vacancies are progressed with pace, structure and commercial awareness. The role will focus on attracting, assessing and appointing high-quality talent, supporting hiring managers effectively and providing a professional candidate experience from first contact through to offer and onboarding handover. This is a hands-on recruitment role, with responsibility for managing experienced, senior and business-critical vacancies where required. The role will also provide day-to-day management, guidance and support to one recruitment colleague based in the South Africa office.

Knowledge, skills and experience

  • 5+ years experience in experienced hire recruitment, ideally within a professional services, financial services or similarly complex environment.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of experienced and senior roles.
  • Can demonstrate creativity on developing innovative recruitment solutions.
  • Strong sourcing capability, including LinkedIn, direct sourcing, referrals, market mapping and passive candidate engagement.
  • Experience supporting hiring managers with role briefs, interview processes, assessment methods and offer management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise and challenge hiring managers constructively.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to understand recruitment priorities, cost considerations and business needs.
  • Good understanding of inclusive recruitment, fair assessment and recruitment governance.
  • Comfortable using recruitment systems, data and reporting to manage activity and improve delivery.
