We are a fast-growing, forward-thinking AI Robotics company.

As we scale up our operations and prepare for our next institutional capital milestones, we are looking for an intellectual, and strategic CFO/COO to join our executive leadership team.

This presents a unique opportunity to play a defining role in shaping both our financial framework and our operational scaling trajectory.

This leader will carry dual responsibility of developing our financial strategy while directly driving general management and operational delivery.

The ideal candidate is a bright, proactive self-starter who loves complex problem-solving, values deep collaboration, and can move seamlessly between high-level fundraising strategy and hands‑on execution.

Key Responsibilities Oversee broader business budgeting and forecasting.

Analyse financial data and present actionable recommendations Cashflow Management.

Take hands‑on ownership of financial modelling, FP&A data rooms, and strategic positioning for upcoming funding rounds.

Operational Infrastructure & Scaling.

Partner closely with tech and product teams to design, implement, and scale agile operational workflows that support rapid commercial deployment.

Supply Chain & Risk Management.

Oversee strategic vendor relationships, contract mechanics, and procurement logistics across our hardware and software ecosystems.

Transformation: Oversee broader corporate budgeting and rapidly establish agile, simplified processes across the business.

Leadership: Mentorship and management of our finance and operational teams, fostering a culture of excellence.

Qualifications You will be a qualified Chartered Accountant, with 5 years post‑qualified experience with a proven track record in high‑growth startup or scale‑up environments.

You must have demonstrated success in building or transforming finance and operational functions from scratch within tight timelines.

You will have intellectual intelligence, commercial drive, and the enthusiasm to anchor an exciting, dynamic international business.
