We have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Development Consultant to join our team at William Russell.

The Role - As a Business Development Consultant at William Russell, you’ll play a key role in building and nurturing strong, trusted relationships with prospective and existing members, and with our brokers. Focused on business development within your designated region, you’ll drive sales of our international health, life, and income protection products — helping to grow our customer base and enhance William Russell’s reputation as a leading provider of global insurance solutions.

About You - You’re an excellent communicator — confident and professional whether you’re on the phone or in virtual meetings. You bring a positive, solutions-focused mindset, thrive on achieving targets, and take pride in delivering exceptional service and results.

Your Experience - You have knowledge of health, life, and income protection insurance and a proven record of success in sales within one or more insurance organisations. You can demonstrate measurable achievements, career progression, and a strong commitment to excellence in everything you do.
