We have an exciting opportunity for an International Claims Executive to join our team at William Russell.
The role – Our International Claims Executives work as part of a team to combine passion, expertise and capability to deliver a high quality, personalised service. Responsibilities include:
- Managing customers' Health and Protection claims
- Proactively contacting members
- Responding to enquiries
- Loading and processing claims and payments
- Providing assistance, pre-authorisation and communicating coverage
Our claims team operate from 6 am to 6 pm on shift patterns from Monday to Friday and so you must be available for varying shifts between these times.
About you – You have all round excellent customer service skills, are compassionate and have integrity. You are able to prioritise and work well under pressure. You are a good team player, who can also work independently, and you build strong local and remote relationships.
Your experience - You will ideally be working within an Insurance or Financial Services environment and must have previous claims handling and administration/data input experience.
