William Rose Associates is currently partnering with an established financial services firm based in London, which is looking for an Operational Risk Senior Associate to join the business. Acting as a first line of defence, the role focuses on identifying risk exposures within the business unit and implementing effective controls. Responsibilities include quality assurance, MI reporting, flood assurance, and elements of regulatory oversight. The individual serves as a subject matter expert, offering coaching and support during risk events and helping to ensure that processes and controls are properly followed across the team.
