OVERVIEW | Fund Operations Administrator, FTC

This role is integral to the smooth running of daily operations within the Fund Operations team, with a focus on trade execution, trade support, and oversight of key third-party service providers.

Key responsibilities include managing CIS trades and related queries, ensuring fund and transaction data is accurately maintained, and overseeing outsourced functions such as Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, and Custody across both UK and Irish fund ranges. The role also involves reviewing distribution rates, monitoring fund cash flow data, following up on outstanding debtors, supporting fund change initiatives and wider projects, as well as providing oversight of core operational activities where appropriate.
