William Rose Associates are currently partnering with an established financial services firm based in London, which is looking for a Client Associate (Institutional) to join the business on a 12-month FTC.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Client Associate – Institutional

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Maths preferred.
2. 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role and industry.
3. Client Institutional experience.
4. Strong written and oral communication skills.

OVERVIEW | Client Associate – Institutional

As an Institutional Client Associate, you’ll manage client accounts, oversee onboarding, and handle trade requests, reporting, and account maintenance. Working closely with Relationship Managers and internal teams, you’ll resolve operational issues, ensure accurate record-keeping, and coordinate responses to client inquiries. You’ll also support process improvements and strengthen relationships with clients and their partners in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
