The Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in safeguarding and elevating the 50 Best across its global verticals, including Restaurants, Bars, Hotels, Vineyards and Discovery. This role is responsible for ensuring the brand’s visual identity is consistently and accurately applied across all creative outputs – digital, print, social, environmental and experiential. Working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, content and events teams, the Brand Manager supports the evolution of 50 Best’s brand guidelines, strengthens brand storytelling and ensures the organisation maintains its position as a leading name in global hospitality culture.
Position: Full time – permanent
Location: London / Gatwick / Hybrid
In line with the Company’s Agile Working Policy, the successful candidate would be eligible to work part of the week from our London and Gatwick offices and to work remotely for the rest of the week.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensuring all creative assets, across print, digital, and environmental formats, adhere to 50 Best’s brand guidelines.
- Serving as a brand guardian, reviewing and approving designs to maintain a unified visual identity.
- Partnering with the creative team to refine and evolve brand guidelines for new initiatives.
- Collaborating with marketing, content, and events teams to ensure brand consistency across all campaigns and materials.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance brand storytelling across various touchpoints.
- Coordinating with internal departments and external agencies to align on brand standards and objectives.
- Educating and supporting teams on correct brand usage and application.
- Conducting regular audits to assess brand performance and visual consistency.
- Monitoring trends in luxury branding and competitor activity to keep 50 Best at the forefront of the industry.
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience in brand management within luxury hospitality or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong grasp of branding principles, luxury aesthetics, and premium customer expectations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey brand concepts and guidelines to diverse stakeholders.
- Cultural awareness and international experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and brand / project management tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strategic mindset for brand storytelling.
