As we grow, we’re looking for a Hybrid Print Operator to work across both lithographic and digital print, producing high-quality work for a wide range of customers.
Whether your background is in Heidelberg XL litho presses or high-volume digital platforms (Ricoh, Xerox, HP, etc.), you’ll be supported to develop your skills in both areas – running jobs, maintaining machines, ensuring colour consistency, and helping us meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
Based in Exeter. Variable shifts, with overtime available. Work across both litho and digital departments. Training is provided to cover any skill gaps across platforms.
We’re looking for:
- Technically minded operators with strong colour vision and attention to detail
- Experience in either litho or digital print (both is a bonus)
- A willingness to learn and work flexibly across different technologies
- A proactive, quality-driven approach and strong team ethic
