Preclinical Director – Supported relocation to Switzerland

An innovative immuno-oncology biotech is seeking a Preclinical Director to provide strategic leadership in PK/PD studies at the preclinical stage. This is an exciting opportunity to join a cutting-edge company developing next-generation antibody-based therapies for cancer treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and provide strategic input on PK/PD studies in preclinical development.
• Manage CRO relationships to ensure high-quality study execution.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape preclinical and translational strategy.
• Ensure non-clinical studies align with regulatory expectations and support clinical transition.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in preclinical/non-clinical development.
• 5+ years of expertise in PK/PD and preclinical study design.
• 3+ years of experience working with biologics (antibodies).
• Proven ability to manage CROs effectively.
• Experience in regulatory documentation to support transition into FIH studies (desirable).
