GLF schools Banbury cluster are seeking a dedicated People Administrator to join our talented and hardworking team. This exciting opportunity involves supporting four primary schools in the Banbury area with a wide range of people administration tasks, including recruitment onboarding, compliance checks and data management. The schools are Longford Park Primary School, Hardwick Primary School, Cherry Fields Primary School and William Morris Primary School.
The role requires working closely with staff across all four settings and the wider GLF Schools People Team, ensuring our processes run smoothly and meet the highest standards—especially around safer recruitment and regulatory compliance. You should thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy variety in your day, and have a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities- Recruitment onboarding, compliance checks, data management and other people administration tasks across the four primary schools.
- Good awareness and understanding of people administration to ensure compliance with regulation and procedures.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to form rapport and build good working relationships with others.
- Flexible approach and the ability to work on your own initiative.
- A relevant HR qualification equivalent to Level 3 (Foundation Certificate in People Practice) would be advantageous, as would experience working within a school environment (neither is essential).
