Are you an inspirational and passionate Learning Assistant looking to play a key role in ensuring our children are supported, engaged and inspired in their learning?
Your opportunity: William Morris School have a brilliant opportunity for a motivated and passionate Learning Assistant to join our growing school community and share our vision of high aspirations, achievement, and a genuine passion for learning. You’ll be responsible for assisting with planning, preparation and delivery of lesson provision, on an individual basis, preparing resources to support learning activities as well as ensuring pupils are supported pastorally. You’ll contribute to evaluating student progress and provide feedback to the class teacher to ensure the students’ learning needs are being met.

The Details:
- Start Date: September 2026
- Pay Scale: GLF Associate 2.1 £23,914 FTE see pro rata below
- Contract Type: Permanent, term time (39 weeks per year)
- Full time working Pattern: 8.15am - 3.15pm Monday to Friday 32.5 hours per week (salary £18,572 based on 32.5 hours).
- Part-time working Pattern: 12.00 - 3.15 pm Monday to Friday 16.25 hours per week (salary £9,286 based on 16.25 hours).
- Closing Date: 4th June 2026 at 9.30am
