The predicted salary is between 37500 - 61500 £ per year.

Salary: £61,500pa OTE with a basic salary of £37,500pa.

Hours: 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday. Opening Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday - Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm Saturday, 11.00am to 4.00pm Sunday.

About the Role: Supporting the expansion of the CHERY brand in Oxford, we are looking to appoint an experienced retail automotive Sales Manager to lead a newly formed team and drive conquest-led activity for this ambitious brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Motivate, train and develop a team of sales executives representing the growth ambitions for the CHERY brand.
  • Implement a robust, detailed, modern CRM & enquiry management process.
  • Maintain high standards of customer care, retail presentation and brand compliance.
  • Use data-led M.I. to drive effective financial controls and incremental profit contribution.
  • Ensure compliance with Consumer Duty requirements set by the FCA and use the Group’s compliance tools.

Qualifications:

  • A strong track record of success in a consumer-oriented, fast-paced, retail automotive sales operation.
  • Excellent customer service skills and alignment with modern, high-tech CHERY products.
