BMW Sales Consultant – North Oxford Garage

Full-Time | 45 Hours per Week | 5 Days Over 7-Day Rota
OTE: Β£54,000 per annum

About the Role

As a BMW Sales Consultant, you\’ll be the face of one of the most prestigious automotive brands in the world. Your role will involve guiding customers through the exciting journey of choosing their perfect BMW – from first enquiry to final handover – while delivering a world-class customer experience.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Build lasting relationships with new and existing BMW customers
  • Understand customer needs and present tailored vehicle solutions
  • Conduct professional product presentations and test drives
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Maintain product knowledge and keep up with BMW innovations
  • Work collaboratively with your team to support customer satisfaction
  • Succeeding consistently in our mission to deliver outstanding automotive services

What We\’re Looking For

  • A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ideally you will have proven experience in automotive sales, however we may consider people with similar sales skills
  • Passion for the BMW brand and a commitment to excellence
  • Target-driven with a desire to succeed
  • Full UK driving licence required
