Aftersales Advisor – Adventure Automotive/INEOS

Adventure Automotive is a bold and passionate dealership representing the INEOS brand, delivering exceptional experiences to customers who expect more from their vehicles and their service. We\’re now seeking a driven, customer-focused Aftersales Advisor to join our growing team. If you have a passion for outstanding service, exceptional organisational skills, and a love of all things automotive, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer bookings and plan arrival times to maximise efficiency.
  • Greet customers warmly at Reception, identifying their service and repair needs.
  • Take responsibility for customer vehicles, keys, and workshop parking.
  • Prepare and complete accurate Repair Orders, quoting approximate prices and delivery timelines.
  • Conduct road tests and visual inspections where required.
  • Arrange onward travel options, including courtesy vehicles or transport.
  • Schedule workshop jobs using our Reservation System and Flat Rate times, maintaining workload balance.
  • Communicate with customers about any additional work, securing their approval promptly.
  • Carry out Final Quality Control tests and ensure any faults are addressed before vehicle handover.
  • Personally return completed vehicles to customers, advising of any future service needs.
  • Present invoices clearly, explaining charges and warranty/goodwill procedures.
  • Promote the sale of INEOS parts and accessories during customer interactions.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain lasting relationships.
  • Contact customers ahead of appointments (24 hours in advance) as part of our service promise.

About You

  • Proven experience in a customer service or aftersales role ideally within the motor trade.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple tasks.
  • Technical awareness or interest in automotive systems is an advantage.
  • Confident using booking/reservation systems and working with customer data.
  • Full UK driving licence essential.
