A deep‑routed family run business is looking to recruit a long term & committed Warehouse Operative. The company has built its reputation on the principle of selling quality hand and power tools, PPE, fixings and providing a reliable service to its customers. Now, as an official distributor for one of the fastest growing power tool brands around the world, Big Red Power Tools has become a leading distributor for Milwaukee across the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders ready for dispatch.
- Ensure goods are received into stock correctly using our computer system, and then stored in the correct place.
- Move and stack materials.
- Load and unload lorries in a safe and efficient manner.
Essential requirements:
- To be organised and punctual.
- To be able to manually lift and carry materials.
- Basic computer skills.
- The ability and desire to work as part of a highly successful, and very busy, team.
- A drivers license - preferred but not essential.
