About the role

Join our product team where you will be working with Agile Scrum teams to solve customer and business problems through high-quality software solutions. You will define and support the prioritisation of product features, manage the product backlog and work closely with cross functional teams to deliver impactful solutions aligned with business goals. You’ll understand the competitive landscape, our clients’ goals and aspirations, along with our strategic goals, allowing you to deliver the product roadmap. What you’ll be getting up to

  • Build world class products that are loved by users, delivering high quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Use business analysis techniques to scope and define user requirements accurately, ensuring alignment with product goals and objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering requirements and translating them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Create wireframes and mockups to bring ideas to life visually.
  • Be a key part of sprint planning, refinement and review sessions, ensuring the team stays focused on delivering value.
  • Monitor and evaluate product progress, defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer needs and the competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
  • Manage a comprehensive product roadmap that balances short term priorities with long term strategic goals.
  • Communicate product plans, progress and outcomes to the wider business.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the customer experience and gather feedback to inform future product decisions.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Liaise with all relevant teams to support the development and maintenance of client offerings, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the industry and retains a competitive edge.
  • Produce product release notes to communicate updates effectively.
  • Guide and grow the performance of the company, embedding positive cultures and work ethics.

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering value-driven products on time and within scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Proficient in using product management tools and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), with hands-on experience using tools such as Aha!, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Extensive knowledge of SaaS and facilities management (FM) industries, with a strong understanding of relevant business practices and trends.
