William Lovell Church of England Academy is seeking a dedicated pastoral support role to manage on-call rotas, respond to behaviour incidents, and apply restorative approaches to maintain a safe learning environment. The postholder will work closely with the Headteacher and SLT to support students and staff across the school day.
Responsibilities include:
- Co-ordinating PSP/BOSS reviews
- Logging incidents
- Assisting with transitions, reintegration, and safeguarding procedures in line with LAAT
