A strong opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well‑established regional law firm in West Bridgford / Nottingham. This role is ideal for a 3–6 PQE lawyer seeking high‑quality, varied work within a friendly and growing team.

This position offers exposure to a broad mix of work including acquisitions, disposals, developments and landlord & tenant matters, acting for a diverse client base including developers, investors, landlords and businesses. You will join a supportive and collaborative environment with a genuine focus on building long‑term client relationships and delivering practical, high‑quality advice.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will benefit from hands‑on responsibility, a balanced workload and the opportunity to play an active role in the continued growth of the firm’s commercial property offering.

Role:
  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from start to finish
  • Advising on acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant work
  • Acting on development transactions and refinancing matters
  • Working with developers, landlords, tenants and investors
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting marketing and business development initiatives
  • Supervising junior team members where appropriate
  • Working collaboratively across the wider firm
Candidate:
  • 3–6 PQE Solicitor with solid Commercial Property experience
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
  • Strong experience across acquisitions, disposals and leases
  • Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach
  • Strong client‑facing and communication skills
  • Experience working with developers, landlords and tenants
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet billing expectations
  • Team‑oriented with interest in mentoring junior colleagues
