You’ll handle high-quality work across wills, probate, trusts, estate planning and LPAs within a collaborative, well-established team of around 20 lawyers, in a supportive environment with clear progression. The Role
- Varied caseload of private client including wills, probate, trusts and estate planning
- Advising on LPAs and supporting Court of Protection related matters
- Acting for executors and trustees on complex estate administration

- Working closely with partners on complex and high-value matters
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers within a large, established team

- 8+ PQE Private Client Solicitor or equivalent experience
- Strong experience across probate, estate administration, trusts and tax matters
