A leading boutique family law firm is seeking an Associate Family Solicitor in Guildford to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a Legal 500-recognised practice, advising on high-quality, privately funded matters within a modern and client-focused environment.
Based in the Guildford office, you will be part of an expanding and ambitious team working on complex family matters. As an Associate Family Solicitor, you will gain exposure to HNW individuals, advising on sophisticated cases while benefiting from strong progression opportunities and the chance to build your own profile through networking and business development.
The Role:- Managing your own caseload of privately funded family matters
- Advising on divorce, financial remedy and private children work
- Handling matters involving HNW individuals and complex financial arrangements
- Advising on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
- Supporting and leading on complex and high-value cases
- Representing clients at hearings and liaising with counsel
- Building strong client relationships and developing your own network
