A growing and highly regarded UK law firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Legal Director to join its expanding Property Litigation team in Stoke-on-Trent, as part of a strategic investment in its regional growth. This is a key senior hire, offering the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and developing a specialist practice, with a focus on agricultural disputes, land disputes, and broader real estate litigation.
The Stoke office represents a relatively new and rapidly growing venture for the firm, with ambitious plans for further expansion. This role offers a genuine opportunity to build and grow a practice area, working closely with senior leadership in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
You will advise on a broad range of high-quality matters, including:
- Agricultural disputes
- Land and boundary disputes
- Real estate litigation
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Development-related disputes
The Candidate:
- An experienced Property Litigation Lawyer operating at Legal Director level, or a Senior Associate ready to step up
- Strong technical expertise across property litigation matters, ideally including agricultural or land-based disputes
- A commercial and pragmatic approach, with the ability to manage complex matters independently
- A proven or developing ability to win work and build client relationships
- Experience gained within a reputable regional or national firm
- Ambitious and entrepreneurial, with a desire to take a leading role in growing and shaping a team
